One cannot talk about poetry in Ulster County without mentioning the legendary Woodstock, a small town that became synonymous with the counterculture movement of the 1960s. Woodstock’s influence on the arts is undeniable, and it continues to inspire poets and artists to this day. The town’s bohemian spirit and natural beauty have attracted countless creative souls, making it a hotbed for artistic expression.
