Aliyev Agshin Boyukaga oglu – was born on March 16, 1977 in the city of Lankaran in an intellectual family. In 1983-1994 he graduated from Laj village secondary school of Lankaran region. In 1994-1998 he entered the faculty of history and philology of ADPU and in 1998 he graduated from the faculty of “History” of Lankaran State University. In 1998-1999 he served in the army and became a “communicator.“
In 2001, he was elected an honorary member of the Center for International Relations in Moscow, Russia, and his scientific and journalistic articles were published in many newspapers and magazines of the Russian Federation. About 100 scientific articles and poems of the author have been translated into Uzbek, Russian, English, Turkish, Nepal, Indian, Urdu, Arabic, Tajik, Turkmen, Ukrainian, Spanish and published in almanacs in newspapers and magazines on various websites.

He was awarded the title of “diploma” and “laureate” in the Eurasian Writers’ Morofon in 2020, and his works have been published in England, America, Russia, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Nepal and India. Thus, Aliyev Agshin won the “World International Poetry Festival” in 2020, which was attended by 3,500 writers, poets and publicists from 80 countries. He was named one of the 27 best writers in the world at the festival, and in 2020, an article in English entitled “The Khocaly tragedy” was published on Indonesia’s top website.
In 2020, he was a candidate for the 6th convocation of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan from the Lankaran village constituency No. 74. He is a laureate of the “Golden Wreath” and “Turan” awards. He is a finalist and winner of the Gildi International Poetry Festival in London, UK in 2020. In 2020, he was awarded the “Turan Birimdigi” medal by the “Elite Union of People’s Diplomacy of Central Asia” and “Yangi Ovoz”, the literary and historical organization of the peoples of Central Asia. He won an online poetry competition in Pakistan in 2020 and was named “Writer of the Month”.
Aliyev Agshin won the Zolototaya Vesna poetry festival in Russia in 2021. Aliyev Agshin Boyukaga oglu was awarded the “Honorary Diploma” for his services to Lebanese literature, and in 2021 he was awarded the “Honorary Diploma of the International Academy of Ukraine” for his services to Ukrainian literature. Aliyev Agshin was awarded honorary diplomas and prizes “Robert Burns”, “Henrich Boell”, “Amber Samorodok” and “De Richelieu” at international literary festivals in Russia and abroad in 2020-2021. He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish, Persian and Afghan languages. In 2021, he was awarded the “Golden Pen” and “Samad Vurgun” media awards. In 2021, Creative Innovation in Education is the winner of the 5th Grant Competition. He is married and has three children.
